Owner and consultant, Dr. Janelle Elmore , has been involved in the consumer and sensory evaluation field since 1991. She has over fifteen years of research and project management experience working with food, household and personal care projects for major corporations in Wisconsin, California and New Jersey . She assists clients with project design, testing, data collection and analysis and interpretation. Experience: Dr. Elmore has extensive experience in all phases of the research process, from building clear project objectives to adapting data into actionable results. She is also proficient in qualitative and quantitative consumer research methods. Dr. Elmore is competent in analytical sensory methods (discrimination and descriptive analysis). She has experience with panel training, data collection and analysis, and reporting of results. Dr. Elmore is experienced in the integration of results from both trained sensory and consumer panels to guide product development. Her project experience includes a new product development, product improvement, new packaging development and packaging improvement.
